Everything was great! We appreciated the very pleasant staff and the location was unbeatable. Location really close to the centre. Rooms were warm & cosy.

Full English breakfast, good food, fabulous staff.

I had an extra special stay in a long time. The variety of choices for full English breakfast was astonishing. Staff were ready to help and the view was absolutely superb. The location was incredibly convenient and prime. Plus I reached duncombe park in 25 minutes by foot.

Facilities were useful, however Wi-Fi was average.

It was a perfect experience overall. Perfectly clean, handy location, very helpful staff. The bed was comfy, and in general I loved cosy room. Services were admirable too. In addition, free wifi throughout the property was really convenient.

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were absolutely exceptional, very comfy bed. Exquisite and unique room with marble-lined bathroom. The staff did all they can for the best stay. The location was top, around 10-15 minutes walk from william sissons gallery. Plenty of various drinks, such as wines, beers, juices and red wine in the bar.

The breakfast was perfect, the hotel was well-kept and spotless. Welcoming unit with a cosy decor. Prime location, not too far away from helmsley walled gardens.

We really loved SENSATIONAL breakfast, offered by the hotel. Comfortable beds. 10 mins walk to the centre.

A great stay in Helmsley. A huge variety of nice food.

There was the kitchen, that's a plus.

extremely comfortable bed. all the main sights, including helmsley walled garden are not far from the hotel. 400 metres away from the venue there is gepettos, which is a good dining choice. we liked staying at carlton lodge.

Only 5 minutes drive to rievaulx abbey. Excellant breakfast - 4 star level: )
